I am extremely excited for the end of the month of July to arrive. Normally, I like the time to pass slowly, but this situation is the exception. To set the record straight, I can’t wait for time to go by because my friend is going to be a Mom when this time arrives. Not only is my friend going to be delivering a baby, but she is going to be delivering her first baby, so this is a moment she has waited for her entire life. My job forced me to move fairly far away from my friend three years ago, but that doesn’t mean that I would dream of not being there for her when she delivers her baby.

Over two and a half months ago, I made my reservation to be in London during this time to ensure I was there to experience this event. The nice thing about making my reservations to London so early is that I was able to get some really low rates. Although I used to live in London and still have family members who live there, I didn’t want to take the focus off of my friend while I am there. Thanks to my advance planning, the London hotel room that I decided to book was obtained at a really low cost. To ensure that I can get to the hospital and anywhere else my friend needs me to go, I also secured a Waterloo station car rental on the Internet. I know that I have to just be patient and wait, but I can’t wait to welcome this baby into the world!
